Need help entering your unlock code, just follow our simple step by step instructions below:
Turn your phone sideways (landscape)
- Insert SIM card
- Turn off all “wireless connections”
- Go to Options in the menu
- Select “Advanced Options”
- Select SIM Card
- Press the menu button and select “show keyboard”
- Enter “mepd” on the keypad (you will not be able to see it as you type)
- Enter “mep2″ on the keyboard
- Now it will say enter network mep code
- Now enter our unlock code
Can I still enjoy all the benefits of a Blackberry once unlocked? Such as Push email?
Yes you can! All you will need to do is contact your carrier/network and ask them to set you up for Push Email, this will normally cost between £2-5 per month.
I am a USA customer?
A note on the Verizon USA Storm. Most phones in the USA run off CDMA not GSM, the Storm has options for both so you need to set an option on the phone to always use GSM. Then you are free to roam on any SIM worldwide.

How do I find my IMEI number?
